Abstract :
Agricultural extension played a very vital role in achieving the targets of green revolution. The post green revolution scenario is witnessing emergence of new paradigms like sustainable agriculture, agribusiness and contract farming. The advances in info-communication technology (ICT) are poised to complement extension efforts for transfer of technology. The paper conceptually visualizes the coexistence of traditional and Cyber(virtual) extension in future development of Indian agriculture.
