Abstract :
The paper presents an improved approach to the short-circuit currents calculation. The paper deals with a method of DC component calculation based on the two-port Thevenin equivalent of the meshed network and on presumption that the symmetrical components of a short circuit current are known. It presents comparison of EMTP calculation and results of proposed method
