Abstract :
This paper proposed a synchronous rectifier (SR) circuits for LCC converters. Using this circuits, the SR will working in both self and lossless driven mode. At the same time, parasitic parameters of SR MOSFET partly play the role of resonant elements and snubbers, and then the voltage ringing is mitigated. The problems of body-diode conduction losses are also addressed. A control scheme is thus presented to reduce the body-diode losses. Finally, a prototype is conducted to validate our methods.
