Abstract :
For structural analysis of fin radiator, on the condition of high-temperature convection load in the pipe and the low-temperature convection among fins, Considering the symmetry of the structure and then simplifying the structure, modeling, going on finite element analysis, and working out distribution maps of the radiator temperature and thermal gradient, as well as radial and axial tube in-wall temperature changes. Finally, analysis of the tube in-wall heat loss is compared with the theoretical heat loss, error is 4.78%.
