Abstract :
Using research on the quality of satisfaction regarding Ningxia agriculture information service (AIS), this paper analyzes and summarizes the disparity between the consumers of the information service (the demand side) and the providers of the information service (the service side) using the demand-service gap model, the SERVQUAL assessment method and grey fuzzy correlation theories. From this, an assessment system was designed to provide a decision making process to increase the quality of the AIS.
