Benefit Analysis of Talents Training in the Universities Directly under Chinese Ministry of Education

Based on the DEA model, this article studies the benefit of talents training in the 68 universities directly under Chinese Ministry of Education, analyses relative efficiency of talents training and returns to scale after several years\´ enrolment expansion. And the paper discusses the differences in talents training according to the geographical distribution and school type of universities. The research data come out of the books named "the basic situation statistics compilation of the universities directly under Chinese Ministry of Education" from the year of 2005 to 2007.
