Abstract :
A new fast algorithm of calculation of per-unit length capacitance and inductance matrices is developed based on the method of auxiliary sources (MAS). The method is checked against analytical solutions and available literature data. The high efficiency and accuracy of the method is observed. The method is applied to crosstalk problems when the transmission line approach is used as a simulation tool
