  • Abstract
Regulation of green house gases is now among major concerns of UNO (United Nation Organization). With this concern different regulatory authorities in different regions of world are working at their very best. These regulatory authorities need a low cost feasible carbon tax billing regime which could be easily employed in industries, vehicles, standalone motors, chemical plants etc. This paper presents a regime which is a combination of dedicated hardware and dedicated software to fulfill the required demands of regulatory authorities. Regime presented in this paper uses existing hardware and software technologies that do not have any extra maintenance and setup cost associated with them. Software portion of regime takes all the computational responsibilities in order to make hardware as simple and less costly as possible. Best possible efforts are made to meet design challenges associated with feasibility of this regime on target units like industries, automobiles and chemical plants.
