Abstract :
This paper has introduced a design of digital speed control system of permanent magnet brushless DC motor based on MCS-80C196KC.The system use Direct Back-EMF to detect rotor position, and combined with three-start technology to expand the speed control range. Application of Double Closed Loop PID control method to overcome the limitations of conventional control methods, which provide a new way for the design and manufacture of motor and the debug of control systems.
