Abstract :
It is approved that introduction of “Psychology of Success” discipline into curriculum of training of bachelors and masters of engineering chemical-technological institute ECHI is aimed at formation and development of ability to solve social situations effectively, to develop and implement adequate strategies and tactics of cooperation and master mechanisms of self-regulation for successful social and professional activity of future engineers.
