Abstract :
Due to the limitation of the existing arrangement technology, a new arrange system for musical e-learning in network environment is designed. The feasibility and technical matters of this system are discussed, and the practical solution of this system is proposed. We designed the main function modules, also we conduct necessary experiments and present the results, and the merit of this system are summarized in the conclusion.
