Abstract :
In clinical applications, the liquid of high-pressure syringe sometimes leak out of vein due to rapid injection speed and high pressure. Based on Texas Instrument´s microcontroller MSP430FG4619 and Measurement Specialties Inc´s pressure sensor FS2050, designs a diversion and alarm system to prevent the leakage of high-pressure syringe. The system offers the real-time monitoring for the full injection process, and will start sound & light alarm, switch diversion immediately once the leakage is monitored. Animal experimental results show that the system is reliable and sensitive and can effectively prevent the leakage of high-pressure syringe.
