Abstract
In the present work the opportunity of realizing of laser levels of inverse population is investigated during the bleaching of a saturated absorber. We have developed an original model describing features of laser dynamics for laser generation on rotary transitions of molecules of a saturated absorber, placed inside the resonator of a stationary CO2 laser. The features of various regimes of laser oscillation are investigated and special attention is given to the opportunities of reception of the steady set of Q-modulated pulses.
