  • Abstract
    The switch-mode ultrasonic RF burst emission circuit is based on the optimum transient response formed between the series resonance network of a piezoelectric crystal oscillator of an ultrasonic transducer and the active switch device. The circuit can realize the highly efficient emission of an ultrasonic RF burst. The characteristics and the mathematical expressions are analyzed. The experimental method of circuit realization is described. Finally we exhibit waveform pictures of ultrasonic RF burst pulses generated by this circuit
