Abstract :
There is good potential accuracy in precision interferometry. In order to obtain its total realization there is necessity to obtain a good accuracy for mirror curvature radius from 1 part in 106 to 1 part in 107. In order to achieve this aim we have developed an interferometric method of measuring of mirror radius of curvature. In accordance with this method of checking; a concave mirror and reference plate mirror are combined with a Fabry-Perot interferometer whose length is less than the mirror curvature radius.
