Abstract
One of the ways a pulse repetition rate can increase with decreasing relaxation time is in a high energy level passive modulator, which one can achieve by a passive environment pumping application. For a passive modulation processes analysis, we use a probabilistic method of the description, which is one of the simplest and most precise methods of processes analysis in systems, where it is necessary to allow for the behavior of a large amount of particles (laser).
