Abstract :
This paper first presents experimental results of indoor 2x2 MIMO channel characteristics when a vertically and horizontally polarized dual-polarized antenna (VH antenna) is used in a base station. Two terminal-antenna cases are considered in this paper. One is the VH antenna case, and the other has two vertically polarized antennas (VV antennas). Then MIMO performance is investigated based on the Kronecker model.
