Abstract
This paper first explicates the concept of e-commerce business method patents and then by reviewing patents protection methods of United State, Japan and Europe explores the patentability and patent commission criteria by means of qualitative, quantitative, comparative and sample analysis. It concludes by bringing forward suggestions for establishing the protection system of e-commerce business method patents in China.
