            Abstract : 
In this paper, the architecture and the design of a reconfigurable demonstrator for a downlink multicarrier-CDMA (MC-CDMA) based beyond 3G mobile radio system will be presented. This development is performed in the scope of the French PALMYRE project [1]. The main goal of this study is the demonstration of a RF band MC-CDMA modem. The architecture is based on heterogeneous plate-form based on modular SUNDANCE engineering solution for the base band part and an additional modular system for RF interface.
