Abstract :
Plasmatic membranes are the main target of biological influence of different factors on a cell. Change of membrane structure results in a change of the elastic properties of membranes and can be a cause of morphological change of erythrocytes. This work is devoted to an investigation of the morphology of rat blood erythrocytes in vivo and in vitro under the influence of gamma-radiation. Use of an holographic interference microscope enables investigation of native specimens in real time.
