Abstract :
The article presents the algorithm of a competence-based model for the graduate of Kazan National Research Technological University majoring in “Quality management”. The weak and strong points of a specialist training have been analyzed from the employers and students viewpoints. Graduate assessment provides an essential feedback for managing and developing educational modules.
