Abstract
In the current situation of switching to the innovation-based development of economy, the role of education and personnel training is rapidly increasing. It is especially true for the sphere of financial management and innovative entrepreneurship. The necessity of specialist training is determined by the changes in this sphere. New mechanisms and models of finance are being implemented every day, and they require highly qualified professionals with superior skills.
