Abstract :
Summary form only given. Influence of the thermal treatment conditions on the conducting properties of the reticulate doped polymers, containing ET triiodide crystalline network, have been investigated. Though the original film contains both /spl alpha/- and /spl beta-phases of ET/sub 2/I/sub 3/, as shown by X-ray analysis, it becomes semiconducting below 135 K, presumably due to domination of the /spl alpha/-phase component. We have found, that the annealing of this film in iodine vapour leads to the metal-like state, stable down to helium temperatures, apparently due to the prevailing of /spl beta/-phase as a result of /spl alpha/to /spl beta/-phase conversion. The overall decrease of resistivity R/sub 30OK//R/sub 7k/, reaches 20-30. Moreover, we found out that at definite conditions of thermal treatment the decrease in resistivity below 7 K, typical for superconducting /spl beta//sup H/- and /spl beta//sub T/-phases of ET/sub 2/I/sub 3/, appears. This is the first evidence of superconductivity in reticulate polymer films.
