Abstract :
An SoC monitors thoracic impedance variance (TIV) and ECG concurrently. TIV of 0.1¿ at 3.17V/¿ sensitivity and 8-point ECG signals can be measured with 25 reconfigurable electrodes. The chip with body-channel-transceiver consumes 3.9mW and is integrated on a 4-layer fabric circuit board with flexible battery as a poultice-like plaster.
