Abstract :
Summary form only given. In quasi-one dimensional conductors like Bechgaard salts the magnetoresistance exhibits a series of resonance like dips when the magnetic field is applied in a plane perpendicular to the most conducting direction and tilted from the least conducting direction by certain angle the resonance angles. This signals the appearence of new ground states characterized by a set of integers (N,M), which we call the Lebed state. For example these state will exhibit at low temperatures doubly quantized Hall resistance.
