Abstract
The method of river-crossing leveling named ranging trigonometric leveling is improved based on the Specification for the First and Second Order leveling. Simultaneous reciprocal observation is realized by improving the instruments and measurements, then the influence of atmospheric refraction is decreased, and the workflow is also simplified to increase the efficiency. The accuracy of reciprocal observation is analyzed at each group to guarantee the accuracy of the final results, then the improvement of the workflow is proposed.
