Abstract :
Activities of a naval officer, an initiator and a pioneer of implementation of telephone communication onboard the ships of the Russian Navy, Yegeniy Viktorovich Kolbasyev (1862-1920), are considered. Two periods of activities of Ye. V. Kolbasyev are separated for Kronstadt and Sevastopol.
