Abstract :
In this paper, it theoretically discussed the TM electromagnetic plane wave scattering characteristics of a periodic array filled the aperture with a semiconductor illuminated with the light at double its period on a dielectric slab. It theoretically explained about the necessary plasma density to change the effective period of the periodic slot array.
