Family health care is an important part of the medical field, but also it is one of the keyway to get rid of society difficult problems. However, the premise of capability exhibition is that it must break up the present mode of expert system construction, and involves some body physiology models in it. The paper combines the problem resolving with the property analyzes, systematically and generally discusses the principle of model frame and constitution. Finally, it points out the implementing details that based on the temporal logic, temporal time zone logic, semantic nets, frames, scripts, productions and so on.
