  • Abstract
In this paper, a new 60 GHz dual-polarized antenna is presented. The simulated results demonstrate high isolation between the two input ports suitable for fading mitigation. This dual-polarized antenna is easy to be expanded into a large-scale array and, as it has symmetrical characteristics at two input ports, it is also useful for circularly polarized applications. Due to the use of an aperture-coupled structure, the antenna is suitable for integration with other microwave circuits and promising for active component applications.
