Abstract :
Based on the satellite remote data from Special Sensor Microwave Images (SSM/I) and Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR), the oceanic and atmospheric parameters are retrieved through the method of neural network. And then the surface latent and sensible heat flux have been computed by the advanced method of COARE3.0 bulk algorithm. The analysis of the heat fluxes in Asian and Indian-Pacifica Ocean areas indicates that the heat fluxes have obvious seasonal and regional variations. The periods of the latent heat are analyzed through the Wavelet and spectral analysis in above areas. And the latent heat fluxes have the same interdecadal periods with the sunspot. The heat fluxes have the maximum value over the central Indian Ocean (10°S -30°S) in February to October. And the heat fluxes have notable interdecadal variations, which has close relationship with the East Asian Monsoon.
