Abstract
An adaptive antenna technique to reduce the transmitted power density in the direction of a victim antenna is described. The novelty of this approach is the adaptive operation of a transmitting antenna. The angular location of the victim antenna is assumed in the wide angle sidelobes of a high gain antenna. Effective cancellation over a bandwidth requires equalization in the collection of auxiliary antennas.
