After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper constructs the quantitative identified model of the software firm´s life cycle stage based on the four-scale,and has the method of fuzzy mathematics as the study tool, has human capital,market share,revenue growth and technological innovation as four main research indices. First of all,it analyses the characteristics of these elements and builds their subjection degree based on four-scale. Second,through constructing their subjection function,it has carried on the fuzzy recognition to each stage of software company´s life cycle,and built the Identification method based on the fuzzy mathematics theory. At last,it uses Use Friend Company´s data to verify the model.
