Abstract
We fabricate and demonstrate all-optical flip-flop based on novel Mach-Zehnder interferometer bistable laser structure. The MZI-BLD successfully improves falling time to 68 ps, switching pulse energy to 67 pJ, and threshold current, owing to large modes overlap.
