Abstract :
Regulatory supervision and management is a fundamental approach and an effective means to prevent illegal dumping of construction waste, reduce the emissions of construction waste and promote construction waste resourcelization. This paper describes in details the construction waste resourcelization legislation in the United States, Japan, Europe, China and other countries, analyzes and summarizes the experience in regulatory supervision and management of construction waste around the world, studies the legislative value of the construction waste resourcelization regulations, and finally make proposals for construction waste resourcelization legislation.
