Abstract :
In order to improve the response capabilities, adaptability and flexibility, firstly, starting from business processes, the paper explores the model of the factors that affect the business processes, and then analyzes the mechanism of each factor. By analyzing the change of business processes in information technology in 21 manufacturing enterprises, we propose the four-stage model characterized by the change of the width of business processes and raise the dynamic analysis table of influencing factors of the various stages for industries, to direct the construction of each stage in information of business processes of manufacturing enterprises.
