Abstract :
Graphene/metallic hybrid transparent network were prepared by covering metallic network with graphene films grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). These network hybrid electrodes exhibited excellent optical and electrical properties with 90.3% at 550nm and 30 Ω sq-1. Moreover, the graphene/metallic network hybrid films are flexible on a plastic substrate with long-term stability and reliability, which prevent the oxidation of metallic network. These results show the promising potential application for solar cells, organic light-emitting diodes and touch panels.
