Abstract :
The paper uses data encapsulation method of the data carousel provided by digital video broadcast standard to realize the broadcast about letter and data and so on in the television broadcast system, which is mainly composed of two parts: database and transmission interface. Database conserves various data information input by user. Transmission interface is mainly used to pick up and pack the data information according to DVB standard. The data information in database forms the independent TS during the three times data encapsulation, which is the preparation of delivering and multiplexing.
