Abstract
This paper studies how to apply the coincidence factors proposed by IEC61000-3-6 to electrified railway load. It is proved that the coincidence factors of traction loads are more and more stable with number of traction substation increasing based on statistic and calculation of a lot of measurement data of electrified railway. Factual coincidence factors of traction loads are put forward and the influence of coincidence factors on distribution of harmonic emission limits to users is illustrated in this paper. When individual user´s harmonic emission level is evaluated, sufficient consideration of coincidence factors is necessary especially for peculiar user, such as electrified railway. It makes power quality standard involved in harmonic more rational.
