Abstract :
In this paper, the authors present a particle swarm optimized three-parameter aperture distribution technique to simplify aperture distribution synthesis for antenna applications. An optimizer that might globally search the available range of synthesis parameter values can significantly reduce the time and effort required to synthesize a particular aperture distribution for reflector and array antenna designs.
