Abstract
The manufacture process of Modern Membrane Water wall requires more than 20 sets of welding power source at the same time .When the factory power supply fluctuates, the Welding power sources will adjust simultaneously. Meanwhile, because of the impact of the Welding power sources´ impact-load, the factory power supply will have greater fluctuation. In this paper, a concept about the priority control will be introduced, and the priority group control based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) will be designed. This paper also establishes the simulation model about the entire welding system by using Matlab. The results show that the strategy of priority group control can Strengthen the welding powers´ adjusting ability; shorten the adjustment time ; and improve the dynamic performance.
