  • Abstract
Using a differential voltage current conveyor transconductance amplifier (DVCCTA) device with a single RC-section some new synthetic grounded lossless inductor circuits are proposed. The inductance (L) is practically active-insensitive to the device port mismatch errors (ε) and there is no component matching constraint. With a nonideal device, the presence of small parasitic shunt capacitances at the driving point port however makes the simulated impedance a LC structure which would be suitable for high-Q resonator design. In the same circuits, a quadrature sinusoid oscillator can also be realized. These responses are experimentally verified in a frequency range 300 kHz ≤ fo ≤ 3 MHz.
