Abstract :
Modelling of oscillators and amplifiers of a millimeter and submillimeter range is spent. The mathematical model in which the space-charge of sheet beam and sagging of fields in gaps are considered. It is shown, that the calculation electron efficiency of orbotron-klystrons of oscillators at frequencies 100-200 GHz can reach 1-6 %.
