Abstract :
With the car´s technology development, in China the next step is design a car to meet the American safety standard. In this paper the response of the car crash by move distorted barrier is researched. The response on the car crashed by the MDB at the Euro-NCAP, the US-NCAP and the IIHS law are contrast. The disciplinary of the car crashed by different MDB is taken out. Some new decision on the car´s body structural component is taking forward.
