Abstract :
The “destruction” of spectrum of space HF-field harmonics in the slow-wave structure of the mm-wave magnetron is indirectly estimated. The estimation procedure allows the flaws that come about in the manufacture to be detected in due course. These flaws are normally found to result in emerging hidden defects in terms of efficiency values.
