            Abstract : 
We present an LED backlight driver IC that uses a double loop control method to achieve 50 kHz PWM dimming frequency with 8 b resolution. The measured output voltage of the boost converter is 26.41 V and its maximum ripple voltage is 500 mVpp. Measured rise and fall times of the LED current are 86 ns and 7 ns, respectively.
