Abstract :
The conical expansion sleeve is widely used in machine equipment, such as mechanical press, hot die forging press, horizontal forging machine, and billet shear. It mainly consists of an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve, a group of bolt for connecting the sleeves and a transmission shaft. Based on CAE software, analysis the three contact faces connected by the conical expansion sleeve, and then calculate the influence of the contact stress caused by the appropriate magnitude of interference on the conical surface.
