Enhanced bespoke data broadcasting scheme for popular videos

In the bespoke data broadcasting scheme, considerable amount of buffer space can be saved, however, it does not always provide the video data to the user in time and requires some extra time. This increases the user´s waiting time, In this paper, the enhanced bespoke scheme is proposed. This scheme provides the video data in time and its performance for the user´s waiting time is better in comparison to that of the conservative staircase scheme. This is because the enhanced bespoke scheme needs less bandwidth than the conservative staircase scheme.
