Abstract :
The circle interpolation track is measured and analyzed on the experimental platform of open CNC system system and a dynamic model of direct current servo drive based on kinetics and kinematics is built. The speed and acceleration diagram of the servo drive mechanism is also measured to verify theoretical analysis. And finally a new kind of interpolation algorithm is put forward to improve interpolation error caused by kinetics and kinematics.
