Abstract :
Emergent synthesis based approach is addressed in the paper to build adaptive manufacturing control and co-creative production planning in large job shops. The aim of the research work is to handle interactions between humans and the manufacturing system to be able to create production planes for incoming orders. The production plan is required to be feasible according to the actual state of the manufacturing system and to satisfy the customer´s demand for cost, delivery date and quality. Emergent synthesis based method is implemented to find feasible planes of orders created through the interactions between the customer and the system. Simulation results point out the effectiveness of the proposed co-creative production planning model.
